Welcome to the Canada Golf Card Website (the “Site”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions that govern your use of this site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of ourSite constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms and Conditions set forth, you should not use this website.
Course listings and Offers
I acknowledge that all course listings and offers are subject to change without notice. All offers listed are to be used in order as they appear on the website or APP. Courses may change offers during season.
I acknowledge a registered card is for my personal use only. Courses may request ID to verify card holder identity before redeeming an offer. Unless otherwise stated, one offer per day is permitted and is subject to restrictions imposed by the golf course. You must state you are using the Canada Golf Card when booking for Tee Time. Each card is for the current year only (new sales are for 2021 as of Sept 1, 2020) and will expire at the end of each season. You acknowledge that courses and offers may change without notice after purchase or registration at anytime during the current card validation period. All offers are related to regular priced 18 hole green fees only unless otherwise stated. Discounts do not apply to food and beverage, power carts (unless specifically written and power cart rentals are required to receive discounts on green fees when the offer states 2 for 1 with a power cart rental.) or merchandise. You name appears in redemption information when you check into a golf course. Member golf courses and Canada Golf Card Ltd are the only parties aware of your membership use. Canada Golf Card is not responsible for the operation of golf courses shown on this website. Canada Golf Card Ltd is not liable for any financial opportunities or deals missed while being a member. Canada Golf Card is not responsible for any discounts missed, Canada Golf Card does not reimburse missed discounts when using this program.
I acknowledge that the Canada Golf Card is non refundable for any reason, including lack of or inability of use or course opening/closing dates. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com as we strive to make this the best program we can and value feedback.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMMUNICATING DEALS, RENEWAL INFORMATION AND OR UPGRADE AND COURSE ADDITION OPTIONS, THAT CANADA GOLF CARD LTD WILL EMAIL YOU PERIODICALLY AND WILL INCLUDE SPECIAL OFFERS AND TRANSACTION BASED EMAIL OPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS YOU MAY CANCEL THE TRANSACTION OR REGISTRATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND AT POINT OF PURCHASE.
All materials, unless otherwise noted, including illustrations, e-cards, written material, designs, images, photographs, and all other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Canada Golf Card, with the exception of all swatch and swatch related items.
The Site and all its Contents are intended solely for personal and non-commercial use. The Site and all its Contents may not be copied, modified, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way, without prior written consent of Canada Golf Card.
User Comments, Feedback, Contest Entries and Other Submissions
All comments, feedback, contest entries, suggestions, ideas and all other submissions (together, the “Submissions”) submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site remain property of Canada Golf Card. You agree that Canada Golf Card (1) will not be required to treat any Submissions as confidential (2) will not be liable, without limitation, for any ideas for its business and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in Canada Golf Card operations as a result of those ideas (3) is not obligated to respond to any user comments (4) will not provide any compensation for any Comments.
You agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will violate any right of any third party including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s), nor shall it contain any libelous, unlawful, abusive or obscene material.

CANADA GOLF CARD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY DUTY TO UPDATE OR REVISE THE MATERIALS. FROM TIME TO TIME, THERE MAY BE INFORMATION ON CANADAGOLFCARD.COM THAT IS INACCURATE, OR OMITTED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR UPDATE ANY INFORMATION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIRS OF ANY AND ALL EQUIPMENT YOU USE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CANADA GOLF CARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. REFFERAL CREDITS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND CANNOT BE CONVERTED TO CASH FOR ANY REASON.
You agree to hold Canada Golf Card Ltd harmless from and against any and all claims, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees arising from your use of this site.
This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Province of Alberta, Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site.
